Purchased Panasonic 32" TV online. Best price by far. Superior Product. Shipped and Delivered as promised. They even added extra padding in the original container to insure the product would arrive undamaged. Free shipping and no tax made it even more attractive of a deal. The entire deal was handled on line with no need to talk to anyone by phone. Its the first time I have used this company but I will use them again in the future. The company offered a 50 instant rebate which reduced the price of the item. I took advantage of that opportunity.  The next day, the rebate was gone. So, if their ad says the rebate is only good until a certain date, believe them. Their system allows you to track the shipment and know well in advance the delivery date. Since you are dealing with large electronic items, you will have to make arrangements to be home to sign for the delivery. This TV cost me $399.  I saved $81 over the price plus tax at Best Buy. I you don't need it right now, then this is the way to go.
Delivery took about a week from the time I ordered it. Completely satisified with the entire procedure.  There is nothing that could be improved on.
