I live in Winston Salem, delivery on last friday and get it on this Tuesday morning, UPS provide a professional service.
I have ever sent a couple of emails to check my order status, no any reply from JR.COM. I have to keep call to the customer service.
I place the order in the early morning on Tuesday and the item is deliveried on Friday afternoon. It just because I place this order with a international credit card. While I pay for this order, the safe link has been built to my bank to validate the PIN of the credit card. I do the same thing in Walmart and DO NOT need any extra validation, I don't know why JR.com need my credit card hard copy, I really do not understand this point. And I sent then 4 times to let the JR.com receive them successfully. And everytime I faxed them, I have to call customer service to verify my order status again and again. I have never received any email sent by some guy from JR.com and never received any call from JR.com.
In summary, I satisfy the whole service of JR.com except the international credit card procedure and speed, I can understand the procedure but I can't understand the speed. I think JR.com can improve the procedure for international credit card users.
