During my pre-sale call the customer service representative gave me false data about the quantity of one set of glasses in a "case." He stated the case contained 48 glasses, however I received only 24. Upon receiving my order I sent an email to their customer service complaining. After 3 days with no response I called and the customer service agent stated that since I did not ake down the name of the customer service agent during my pre-sale phone call, I had no leg to stand on. He also pointed to the fine print that stated a case of this size glass contained only 24. It was interesting that all other sizes of this pattern of glass has 48 glasses to a case. Bottom line, do your homework--study the fineprint carefully and then call customer service to verify the print.

I have sent several emails - two of which have been unresponded. It's been over three weeks and still have not recieved all the products ordered. Wrong size spray bottle heads were sent that didn't match the spray bottles. Laundry detergent didn't have any container to support the product for everyday use - (didn't match the advertised picture). Length of delivery was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE - still waiting for product. Respectfully submitted, Steve Noftle

The first box of plastic wine glasses I received was fine, the box was a little damaged, but the second box looked really bad and a lot of the plastic wine glasses were broken. I called customer service and within the next day or so received another box in good condition. The customer service rep was very apologetic. I still have the damaged box and waiting instructions to return the damaged box. I was very pleased with the items I purchased.

the actual order process was straight forward and simple. my merchandise was ordered online and paid by credit card. they responded by email to track the package and it arrived when expected. there were no suprises or disapointments and it would be great if all online purchases were this easy.

Packing of items was terrible. I purchased 5 knives that were thrown very loosely into 2 large boxes with a few styro-nuts in them. The boxes were very poorly taped. My items arrived in good shape, but I would be hesitant to purchase anything that was even remotely breakable.

This is the worst online-ordering company I've ever dealt with! It was easy to order - of course, they want your money immediately (they charged my credit card immediately). I received my merchandise about 3 weeks later, and the product was terrible. Every glass was of different size and glass thickness. They looked nothing like the model we were impressed by at the restaurant! I returned the merchandise in late May, UPS delivered it in early June, it is now late August, and I have yet to receive a refund. They don't answer the voicemails you leave them even though they promise to call back within 24 hours. When I reach a live person, they make promises they don't keep. Nobody seems to know what is going on. If this was eBay, nobody would order from this company due to the low, low ratings they would receive. DO NOT ORDER FROM INSTAWARES!

Straighforward transaction that required a functioning POP website. No problems. I did a google search for the product and found them with medium effort. It was a specialty product that is no longer sold retail. I will buy additional products from them

The item shipped did not match the description or the photo on the web site, and had a different model number than what was ordered; Instawares promised to check on it and call me back, and to credit me for the shipping expense. They have done neither. The wrong item was, however, received promptly, and the customer service person was polite and courteous, even if he didn't do anything he told me he would do.

It's interesting that all of their excellent reviews were done one day after the next. How is it that half of the reviews are horrible and half are absolutely perfect. Really makes you wonder if someone is trying to stuff the ballot box!
