Ok, I've ordered over $1000 in products from them from 4 major orders in the past year and here's how they break it down:

1. Your order ships from a variety (up to 8) different warehouses and some drop shipped directly from manufacturers. Some warehouses are on the ball with your order others don't know how to read.

2. Their website contains MANY errors on availability and shipping time -- never trust that.

3. Many items in the order do arrive quickly, however out of EVERY SINGLE order there are a few items that won't show up at all. A sauce pot I ordered took 4 MONTHS to arrive and only after constant nagging and going through customer support and many levels of managers. Oh, and they switched manufacturers of that pot.

4. Customer service are like smiling retards -- they are courteous, and helpful, but rarely return your calls and have absolutely no power.

5. Order accuracy is 90%. Incorrect invoices detailing items that should be in the box but arn't as well as misc items shipped are common. I ordered 1 ice cream scoop and got a box of 12!?!? Only got charged for the 1 though.

Bottom Line? Their prices are excellent which is hard to resist so if you DO order from them, order via credit card so you can cancel items not shipped. Expect to wait at LEAST a month before all your items are shipped to you. Expect to have a few item hiccups. And above all when contacting customer service write down and keep a log of the folks you talk to so you can harass them for your missing items.
