A Customer Representative called to say my order would be delayed due to my order wasa not in stock and asked if that was OK. It was and I received my order before the CR told me I would have it. Since I ordered when my HP printer told me to order suppplies, I had plenty of time. As yet, I have not yet needed to install the replacement drum and toner because the current drum and toner still gives me good copies.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
