Have purchased from them before and have been satisfied completely. Just bought a diamond ring and very happy. In fact, I just bought 2 more diamond rings as they are very impressive. I really love the selection at ice.com. I had looked several places for the perfect wedding ring, but couldn't really find anything that fit my engagement ring. Then one day while shopping at zales, I found the one I wanted. Unfortuantly it was too high for what I wanted to pay. Then while browsing on the interent, I came across ice.com. They had the ring I wanted, in the size I wanted and it was on monthly payments!! I was so excited, I ordered it without even consulting my fiancee. When it came, (only 4 days later), it looked even better in person.

I loved the experience, and am planning on purchasing the rest of my wedding jewelry from there. I figure, hey, its diamonds, they're cheaper than in the store, I can have them right now and be billed in payments. I love that idea. Plus, my fiancee was happy that he didn't have to go with me shopping anymore.

I didnt have any problems, no one contacted me, and it came so quick! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great prices on beautiful jewelry.

I have ordered from Ice.com several times and I've always been very happy. The items are always better than how they look on the website (which is pretty good!) and being bale to make payments is a big plus for me.

DIAMONDS on payments? nice.. lets a girl buy them for herself instead for waiting for the man to do the shopping!

I ordered a Bulova watch from Ice.com on 12/10/03. On 12/14/03, I received an email saying my order had moved to their fulfillment center and was going to be shipped soon. Amazingly, on 12/18/03, I get another email simply stating that their stock for the item I ordered was depleted and they were canceling my order. Merry Christmas!!!!
It took them 8 days to tell me that they were out of stock and I wasn't going to get a Christmas present for my wife. Unacceptable!
