I haven't received the product yet, but the quality of items seems to be above standard and I will order again if this shipment comes in good time and condition.

I like shopping at Horchow...but this time I received a Mirror that has poor quality workmanship...It has been delivered twice .... and broken both times....I think that quality control of this product is unacceptable....and they should looking into the way the product is made....

Right after I ordered the tree skirt I received a 20% off coupon through email. I contacted Horchow by phone and they credited my card with the discount worth $60. This certainly improved my opinion of Horchow because I really feel the products are very expensive and I'm not sure why I was charged tax when I live in California. I will purchase from them again should I find something I must have!

I wished they had not filled part of this order at all since all of it was not availabe. I ordered a set of twins sheets for two beds in the same room. Only one flat sheet was availble and they went ahead and monogrammed it, but now the beds in the same room will not have matching sheets. The flat sheet is the one that will be monogrammed. The bottom sheet would not have made as much difference. They e-mailed me that they were sorry and were sending what they had in stock and would not ever get the other flat sheet.

I have been a regular customer of Horchow and have always been very satisfied. The merchandise arrives near the forecasted delivery date or earlier. The quality is what I expect and have not been disappointed. The Customer Service Department has been fair and accommodating.

The only complaint with Horchow was in the slowness to credit my account (almost a month from the time of the return)from the last purchase. However I did repurchase, and received the merchandise quickly.

I originally saw the item in a catalog and then looked it up on the Internet. I had a question with the Internet and called the number from the catalog. There seems to be a disconnect between items listed in the catalog and how they are listed on the Internet. The person was very helpful but it took a lot longer than it should have.

My experience at Horchow was excellent but the rug I purchased looked very bright and detailed in the catalog and on-line, but looked a bit faded and worn when it actually arrived. I don't blame Horchow. I've learned it might not be a good idea to purchase a rug from anyone through a catalog since I think you need to see and feel it in person before making such a decision. However, I do plan on purchasing other items from Horchow this season. I always find that they have very beautiful, unique and high quality items. Monique Newsome

I prefer shopping by flipping through a paper catalog as opposed to selecting items through an online site, so I liked being able to select the item first, then order it online. The item was received very nicely wrapped in their gift box in a timely manner.

My package was left at my front door by Fed Ex and was stolen. I am in the process of having them credit me since they were not supposed to leave my package at my door.

Monogramming was a problem because they use all caps on their site, making it impossible for them to tell if a word is spelled with more than one capital letter. Unfortunately, my name was spelled wrong because of this. It should be spelled "Jew-Lee" but came out "Jew-lee". Please revise the site so that there is a distinction between lower case and upper case letters.

The table runner's embroidered monogram was poorly done. There was puckering above the H on either side. There was also a discoloration (black spot) at the bottom on one side. Furthermore, there were loose threads and the decorative edging was inconsistent. Requiring a signature for delivery and not giving the customer the option to waive an in-person signature (by signing off on the Fed Ex card) is an inconvenience to the customer. Also, Fed Ex's tracking link showed that my package came to Pittsburgh earlier before being sent to another state and then back to Pittsburgh again, which was very weird.
