Great price, fast delivery, great email response time and phone support. I ordered a whole bathroom's worth of plumbing and lighting fixtures and most items arrived within a week. The lighting products within 2 weeks.

My experience with Homecenter.com was the Worst I have ever had with any retailer on the web or otherwise. The initial purchase was lacking in professionalism, I practically had to tell them what products they sold in what styles. The order was delayed   Read full review...

Delivery Speed = Very Poor (21 days on an item in stock)
Order Accuracy = Great
Customer Service = Worse than Very Poor (endless number of voice mails, e-mails left with no response. only way to speak with someone is to wait on hold for 20 minutes and hope you get lucky.
Overall Satisfaction = Absolutely None. This is not a way to run a business. Please do not make the mistake I made. Try anyone else.
