In general, I had a good experience working with Home Annex. We received our order within a week and the people on the phone were helpful when we had a question about our order.
After I placed one order I realized that I had ordered the wrong finish on the lighting that I ordered. I immediately realized that I had ordered the wrong finish so I called Home Annex and told them what had happened. They were very helpful and said that they would switch our finish for our lighting. But when we received our order, they had not corrected the finish. I called and told them what had happened. They agreed to switch the lights, but it took over a week to receive from Home Annex a return postage stamp in order to return the original shipment. Therefore, because we were in a hurry for lighting, I had to call and place the order for the second finish before I was able to return the first order. Thus, we had two orders outstanding.

My second order from Home Annex was more successful. I ordered a kitchen full of cabinet hardware from Top Knobs for a reasonable price. It looks very nice. It did come in a couple days after the expected delivery date.
