You are AWESOME!!!  Not only do you have quality products and good prices, but you have good people working for you - you are the BEST.  You caught my shipping error and corrected it before I even mentioned it and I got my product quickly as always - love having it delivered to the Post Office where I have to go everyday.

You keep getting more and more products that I already use and always seem open to suggestions (you get the products so I know you listen).  Cannot think of any reason I would shop elsewhere - so I won't!!!

I love the shower filter I bought.  Our water here was turning my white hair to a green/yellow color and my skin was extremely dry due to the chlorine in the water.  Immediately my skin is softer and I can see my new growth hair coming through, and it is not turning yellow.

Awesome communication, speedy shipping time, and good packaging.  So far, I feel that Traumeel Ointment helps take the edge off the pain related to arthritis.  I have arthritis in my neck and applying this product at bedtime makes getting to sleep much easier.  I would recommend giving it a try.

I ordered the liquid RX-VitaminD, because i am a little low in 25(OH)VitaminD. HealthE Goods had a very good offer running at ebay.com, so i ordered there.
VERY fast shipping to Europe, and the product is exactely as it was described, what means it is exactely what i need. And on plus, i was really pleased with the personal greeting on the receipt (what they do to every client, as a nice marketing gag :)

It's been 15 days since I ordered Black Chia Seed via eBay from HealthE Goods Online, I was still waiting until yesterday Tony emailed me asking me to provide feedback, I told him that mine hasn't arrived yet.
Today when I was checking spam box, found Tony email saying that he's sending another package, regarding where the 1st package is. I'm really amazed with how great the service is. I was going to wait for a month before complaining but Tony just sent another one straight away without me asking. This is a service that we want. I promised Tony, if I ever received the 1st package, I will make another payment.

HealthEGoods is my source for a Belgian fruit spread (POIRET) to which I became addicted while living in Belgium.  HealthEGoods' price is right, and sometimes even exceptional -- as when, recently, a special offer was made on an "expired" product.  Delivery is always rapid, and, when I once received a partial delivery by error, HealthEGoods' customer service responded very quickly and corrected the error within a day.  I am delighted with the product and with the service provided by HealthEGoods.

The on-line site is very easy to navigate around. I received my order (3 sport flow lids for my kleen kanteens) under a week. We love them. The kids are drinking a lot more water. The water flows much better and less squeak.

I ordered my item in the afternoon and received it the following morning.  It probably helps that I live in the same city as HealthE Goods, but I've ordered items from other local businesses before and had a far, far longer wait.

If you are looking for a prompt, trustworthy business to shop for health goods (particularly holistic items, self-care, and travel goods), definitely consider them.  The customer feedback on their site also indicates that their staff is well-versed in what they sell, and it also helps that one of the founders is a doctor.  When's the last time you shopped at a place where the team actually knew what they were selling?

My order was initially not accepted because of a processing error with the credit card. The order screen only shows the error but a manual recovery is not possible and the transaction is not rolled-back properly. This is the reason for the average note for the ease of ordering. However, the customer service reacted very promptly and correctly. Thanks to their intervention, the order was manually corrected. The shipment was to an international destination and arrived very quickly within 2 working days. The goods arrived in perfect condition. I am very satisfied and will be pleased to order again in the future.

My order for 2 stainless steel water bottles never arrived, so I gave the good folks at HealthE Goods a call. When I've ordered in the past, their service was super fast, so I had a feeling there was a concern. I spoke to one of their service assistants, who told me they were not sure what the problem was, but they would send out a replacement order, that day. This is why I do business with this group!
