The Habiat Ascend Bed fullfilled both my wife and my expectations. We used the bed for about 3 wks called the company to make some recommended changes to how the foam material was layered. We certainly appreciate the customer service. The mattress was very easy to assemble.

It's too soon to tell if I would make a similar purchase in the future. It was my understanding that I would get the mattress protector shortly after placing my order. The protector arrived later the same day (20 days after placing order) as the bed arrived after I had installed another mattress protector on the bed.

I really appreciated being able to watch the video clips since I was trying to learn all I could about latex mattresses. Our mattress is very comfortable and we feel we saved a lot of money by shopping on-line. I was willing to take a chance on it after trying out latex mattresses in the store. The six-month money-back guarantee sold me on it, but we won't be returning it!

We were very pleased with the information on Habitat's site. The Ascend Air Bed is wonderful and we re very pleased with it. The cost was excellent compared to the major retailer. However, we were not completly happy with the delivery process. The tracking information was put up three or four days after the shipping process began. When fourteen days had passed, we called the shipper and were told that our order was on the truck and would be delivered that day. We were expecting a phone call(according to the info on the order confirmation order)for delivery arrangement. At that time we learned that an 18-wheeler truck was the delivery vehicle. We live on a narrow township road (turns to private) that has no outlet or a place for such a large tuck to turn around.Therefore, it was not possible for the truck to deliver to our house. Since the delivery company did not call us, we would have had a major problem if the driver had come down our road. The shipper was cooperative in making alternate arrangements with us. We met the truck at the head of our road and took delivery there. Once again, we love the bed, its price and the comfort we are experiencing sleeping on it.

Wow! What quality and savings! We bought the king sized Ascend Bed. Our bed arrived in 5 days and was easy to set up. We have never slept better! If you have done your research on airbeds you will KNOW that Habitat is the very best choice and will not disappoint. Their website tutorials and information on the beds is key and right on point. I received the Habitat Furnishing's Ascend Air Bed System in the Queen size about 3 weeks ago, in a timely manner, and have already thrown away the return box. We will be keeping this one! My back pains are just about all gone and I have been sleeping like a baby. I found my comfort level on the 2nd night and have not changed it since. I was a little worried about air leakage, and having to pump it up every night, but that is not the case. I have not used the pump at all. Whenever I think about how close I came to spending thousands more on the nationally advertised brand, I count my blessing's that I found the Habitat Ascend Air Bed System's website, and received a better quality for much less.

Purchased a latex mattress from Habitat Futons April 2008. Habitat futons kept in contact with us via email with status updates pending the shipping of the mattress, and it arrived right on schedule along with the 2 free pillows. All went just fine, the only thing that did not impress me was the cardboard box. Seems to me the video made a point of stating the box was quality and substantial. Not so, the box was torn and in bad shape upon arrival. The product was not harmed. All in all a good expierence. Still trying to get adjusted to the mattress and the prefered setting.

We did not want to deal with the dreaded "Mattress Salesperson" for the reasons you all know.

We looked into that popular TV brand on line and were appalled at the price. With a little more searching we found Habitat and after reading the informative web site, watching the videos and most of all, reading these user reviews we purchased a king sized air bed over the Internet.

Even with a 3 day holiday weekend, delivery was within the 10 days promised. Set up was as easy as described and the bed is quite comfortable. It is an excellent replacement for our soft sided water bed that had developed a leak.

I ordered specially sized sheets for a futon mattress. They were sized OK but I didn't seem to be the color/style I ordered and was never informed about the substitution. I sent an email to inquire and got an automated acknowledgement but no response. I tried to telephone them, but only got voicemail. You can't contact this company. Sheets seem good, but take your chances on customer service. I won't risk it again.
