I just bought an HP Pavilion Media Center on HPShopping.com.
I was offered free shipping! You would think that should be great!
No wait a minute!
HP has a deal with FEDEX, both side are like brainless robot just following the contract between them and not listening to us "customer" ......Hello!.
Fedex attempted yesterday at 3:53 pm to deliver, obviously we were at our workplaces. I called Fedex and asked if they could deliver after 6:30 p.m., I was told they will let the driver know but no guarantees. The driver attempted delivery today at 3:56 p.m........:-) just 3 minutes later than yesterday.
HP has a unreasonable contract with FEDEX that requires only home delivery and at my presence in person with no possibility to deliver at a know period of time. So you have to take a day off staying home and wait for driver to show up at any time he desires! Bravo HPShopping!
I called HPshopping and they were very unreceptive even worse than FEDEX.
I will never buy HP again, they offer you free crap shipping.
I am not even sure if I will ever get my computer after all.
I have requested Saturday delivery, but again I have to stay home all day to catch the driver.....
I could go to any store and I could have my computer (not HP anymore, never) at my home 10 days ago! Still waiting.
