I thought that I received the games with a appropriate timing. In short, the games did not take that long to get to my house. It only took two days. However, returning the games was definitely a pain in the neck. Although shipping the games to my house took only two days, returning the games would take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. This was painful because of the fact that you get charged monthly and you wouldn't be able to take out a lot of games. I would suggest that you try Game Fly as I've had better experiences there. The other problem with RedOctane is the status of the PS2 games. I really think that RedOctane should show the status of the game whether it's available or not under the picture. You have to click the game and click rent and then you would find out the status. It would be nice if the status was below the image of the game. My final problem with RedOctane was that they had horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! They never emailed me back with any of the questions that I had sent and every time that I tried to contact them via telephone, there were no employees available nor would they reply to any of my voicemails/emails.
