The Freshpair.com order site indicated that item which was ordered was in stock. Only after waiting 2-3 weeks, did they inform me that item was backordered.

Everything went well except for the fact my order was delayed twice due to the fact they were out of stock. It has now been over a month since I placed the order and it is not expected to ship till the 17th of June. If the item is in stock.

Don't use UPS for shipping to Canada. I payed $30 for a brokerage fee. Another site I ordered from at the same time used US air mail, and all I had to pay on the package was tax, much cheaper. Other than that, I was happy. Good selection on your website.

I went to Lilyette.com to order these bras, was told 2 times that they would not take orders on backordered items, I went to you website, and was also told they were on backorder, they would let me know approximate shipping date. I was kept in touch by e-mail, every step of the way. This impressed me more then anything, so I must say you'v got yourself a steady custgomer. I will certainly let everyone I know about you. very easy site to work with, able to go from window to window no problems. able to find what ever you wanted to so easy. The only thing that was wrong was a color change in 1 piar that i purchased. maybe faster updates with the ordering department , but not sure how that works. customer service was on top of it and fix problem with ease and speed , its a great site.

The website initally indicated that this was a three-pack. I thought that this might be an error since the price seemed low for three briefs but reasonable for one. Apparently it was an error since I recieved one. I also noticed that the website has been corrected. However, I recieved no apology, explaination, or opportunity to cancel the order. It is almost like they were hoping that I didn't notice that they screwed up. I am not going to formally complain since I suspected that there was a problem when I placed the order and the item was worth the price, but it is still not exactly what I thought I ordered.

tracking for shipping from US to Canada does not work. the tracking number is rejeted by their system, and the alternate method only accepts US zip codes. tracking system is insufficient for continental america. also there should really be a disclamer or warning about customs for shipping to canada. i paid almost half as much at customs as i did for the product. not impressive. i may or may not return to the site as i did not feel that i received the customer service experience as expected.

Credit card was charged twice, and I have waited 3 weeks for a refund. Customer service has told me several times the funds will be refunded, and so far nothing has happened. I will not buy from Freshpair again because I wasn't pleased with there policy. I have even returned the product. I would rather pay more money and receive excellent customer service than to buy from freshpair.

I waited two weeks for the merchandise before getting an email stating it was out of stock so I canceled my order. Would have been nice to know when the order was placed. The web site stated that if I paid extra I would get the boxers within 3 days (which I did pay extra).

Everytime I placed an order with Freshpair, the items went on back order from the Merchant for WEEKS! I finally got to the point of ordering the SAME item from other websites and got the itmes I wanted. When I called to cancel the orders with Freshpair the women on the other end didn't even say sorry the orders didn't come in, etc etc. I LOVE underware and buy them ALOT! I'd love to keep ordering from Freshpair because of the free shipping but it they aren't going to have my items in then what is the point. I'd rather pay for the shipping and get the itmes I want when they are indicated to ship! Thank you!
