I received the tester of fragile. wHEN ORDER THIS PARFUME I DIDN,T KNOW IT WILL COME WITHOUT THE PACKAGE. NO SIZE OF THE PARFUME IN THE BOTTLE. Next day i send my e-mail to fragrancex.com and igot the answer some parfumes come without boxes. You should let everybody on web.site about this matter. Marina

Maybe authentic but way past expiration date. Can¡¯t tell when it expired, no expiration/production date printed, but it¡¯s already dried up. Even the sponge brush fall apart on the first use. $200 trash!

The products were easy to find as the site very user friendly. The price was very good. There was a longer time to send out the order than the other e-company I used, but their pricing was excellent and the few extra days unimportant. I'll certainly use their site again.

I am not sure I would use this merchant again. I received my order with no problems, but in attempting to open one bottle the top broke off. I have sent two emails to them and have had no response. One would think that repeat business is important to them and that customer service would be a priority. Obviously, that is not the case. It is a shame that companies don't realize that aspect of business.

I was sent two products, one was in error. After contacting CS, correction was handles in timely manner, with clear direction as how to exchange. When I decided to keep the wrong product, Ron appeared to remember the order error, charged my acct (with no shipping charges, thank you!). The prices are great!!!

Ordering was a breeze; delivery prompt and in perfect condition. I ordered at the same time from another site, am still waiting, and cannot figure out what is taking so long, if the items have even been shipped, emailed them - with no response. The prices are very reasonable. Ordering process was easy. Received everything that I wanted in mint condition (excellent packing!) and on time. Once the package was sent, I received a handy UPS tracking notification. The only nuisance to mention is that it takes a couple of days before you get the first e-mail confirmation of your order from the merchant, so be patient. Other than that, a very pleasant experience. I think I will shop here again.

The only thing that is a possible negative is that the tribu bottle was a very small one (not the problem) and it was only filled 3/4 from the top. I had expected it to be full all the way to the top. For as much as I paid for a small amount of perfume I wanted the full amount. The reason I say this is a possible problem is because this may have been how full all of them come. The adidas dynamic was full all the way to the top and as far as I remember that's how all the perfumes I've bought have been.

First of all, we had to guess about the spelling of the product name, and then when we found it the lettering was so twisted in the logo we didn't know what we were looking at. Niki dePhalle or something. It's something my sister-in-law wanted, so we had to try to find it and keep it a secret from her. The product was ok, but the gift box was all smashed up.

I love shopping at FragranceX.com, I shop with them quite often. But the order that I just received was not the one that I thought it would be. On the enternet picture it shows the original Rouge Hermes, but when I received my order it was the Rouge Hermes Declicate. But it's nice also but I just wanted the original one. So when you get it in I will order it from you. Thanks so much.

Shopping experience was great! Everything was in order when I received the package. I do have one small request. I was attempting to purchase Forever by Elizabeth Taylor in a larger quantity. Actually I really wanted to purchase the shower gel and lotion especially in a larger quantity and I was wondering if you sell these items seperately instead of just in a gift set.

UPS said they delivered my package and showed it delivered on their system, but I had not received. I filed a tracer with them and contacted FragranceX by email to advise them of the possible lost package. They never contacted me. Eventually UPS found and delivered my package.
