I had been shopping for a replacement to a wallet purchased many years ago in Europe without success. Although I usually don't like to buy personal items sight unseen, this wallet met my hopes and is a tribute to the craftsmanship and traditions of the great city of Florence. Thank you for continuing those traditions.

Of the two ties I ordered, one was not shipped. I was not charged for the one missing tie so I had to assume it was "out of stock." Forzieri did not inform me one way or the other. I had to guess.

This is the third time I have bought an Item from Forzerei. I live in the UK. I placed my order before 5 pm and had had it on my desk THE NEXT DAY before 11am!!! Amazing service. I don't get shipments that fast when ordering inside the UK. I am very very impressed and the quality is excellent.

Have not received the items yet. It would be nice if emails were sent automatically to the purchaser to let them know where the item is. Especially if the company believes it will take a long time to get the item to the Customer (10 or more days).

Very fast delivery, but the necklace was faulty (wouldn't lie flat). Received prompt, efficient replies from my e-mails and returned the necklace by Registered mail last week. Have not yet received proof of delivery or credit.

I place my order 5/3/2004. Forzieri website stated that the product is available and ready for shipment. The items will usually be shipped within 48 hours. I purchased two crosses and was anticipating delivery before mother's day 5/9/2004. I have been told the items are still not in, but should be in sometime next week. They have told me that for three weeks now. Since the order was placed their website still states the same items are available and ready for shipment.

Well apart from an errant thread on one of the items i bought everythng was in perfect condition. This was the quickest order ive ever completed on the internet and i'll definitely be going back there.

The wristwatch sent to me was not as shown on their website. I had to return it to Italy - total cost was just under $70.00. They said that if they sent me the wrong watch (which they did), they would reimburse me the postal expenses - They did not reimburse me.

I am really glad to shop at Forzieri.com but the price of the bag was a little bit expensive plus they charged me at my country around 30$ for customer charges. Although I received the bag within 5 days of ordering it. Really good service. Looking forward to deal with you in the future.

I did not have to make any phone calls or faxes. I simply made a reply with email to correct a problem with a credit card and the situation was handled in an excellent manner. Forzieri's response was excellent. Next, I will sample some of their men's shirts.

Easy to find what I needed after visiting a number of other sites. Ordering was simple and payment was through PayPal which worked very well for me, as I am already registered through them. the item I received was different from that shown on the website and very tacky. the return policy is too much hassle and has put me off shopping there, particularly as they sent the wrong product and yet still expected me to pay the return costs. They need to learn a few lessons from Yoox.com.
