This site has very good design and has been familiar for me. And they have also Japanese version page. so I could belive to send my gift to Japan for my friend. They have some coupons for discount to purchase initially. I was confused to receive confirmation e-mail, because that reciver name of letter is a name of gifted person to which I gave that gift.

I placed my order in July, trusting the product was going to ship immediately. Three weeks later the wallet is still not available, although Customer Service advised me that it would be back in stock 10 days ago. Forzieri is not providing a service compatible with the quality products it sells. Ideally, the website should inform buyers whether or not an item is available as well as the date when an out-of-stock item will be available again.

"Sold out" does not appear soon enough. The primary item I ordered was quickly not available as many others wanted it during the sale, and I did not know for a week. I like the product line and pricing at Forzieri, but twice now when I have thought I had successfully ordered something it has been "sold out." The merchandizing suggestion to Forzieri would be a "sorry for your trouble" coupon good for the next purchase. Otherwise the web page and all else is very good.

The price that was listed on the online purchase order form was not the same price i was charged on my credit card billing statement. I was disappointed in that. I like the wallet i purchase, but not so much the bag. I don't want to return the bag because it would cost an additional shipping to send it back, so I am keeping and probably use it for a gift to someone else.
