A little trouble navigating back and forth between the shopping cart and the web pages that had the product descriptions, but a call to customer service received an immediate and helpful response, and my order arrived quickly and in good condition. An excellent merchant overll!

Internet shopping was a breeze. It did take more than a week to receive items. One packing slip stated one item was shipped within that package but was not included. An email to DPO solved that problem. Other than that it was a great shopping experience and would highly recommend. If displayed on any network...do not use my name or email. I was very pleased with my transactions with Designer Plumbing Outlet. The last purchase was for a toilet paper holder to match the towel bars I purchased on sale this summer at a local store. They were Kohler. Other online stores were charging at least $20 more than Designer Plumbing. Also, I received it (at no extra cost) two days after ordering.

Designer Plumbing Outlet was one of only a handful of sites that had the original part available. I could not find this part in any local plumbing or outlet stores. The part was delivered on time and without any flaws.

they listed product as "in stock" and then a day later email said 4-6 weeks i had to scramble to find replacement because i was expecting 2-day air delivery they cancelled the order but customer service was rude and hung up on me when i reached them on phone

chat session was slow to get started but they were wonderful to deal with. One minor issue was the tracking number for hte fedex was not for my order, but it still arrived faster then they had promised, so in the the end it really didn't matter. Great store to do business with.

I liked the selection carried; I liked the relative ease of use. the shipments came as explained - I was notified of the backorder & it was processed in the time stated It is difficult to know what is included in each of the fixture sets - ie: I would have expected to see the drain accessories INCLUDED, or at least noted as a seaparate option

The faucet I purchased was scratched. They issued a UPS call tag to get it back, and they sent the replacement for delivery the next day. Excellent, no hassle service, I would definitely order from them again.

Very good technical support to answer initial questions. However, after the order was placed it was not sent out in timely manner which required a phone call from me to initiate shipping. The valve was never sent with the faucet which they had to be reminded to send. It was my impression from a prior telephone conversation that brass tubing for the overflow valve was to be included with the drain. My question about this was not answered as of the time of this survey.

I am still waiting for delivery of the item I purchased 30 days ago and my credit card was immediatly charged even though the product was not shipped. They have a great web site and I found exactly what I was looking for the first time. Just sadly disappointed at the time it is taking to receive the product.

Product was backordered, but I was informed by email of the expected shipping date, which would be a month later and asked if I still wanted to place the order, which I did. The product was delivered as promised, a month later, in good condition. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The service was great. I received an immediate confirmation of my order. Then almost immediately I received an email that informed me that the faucet was backordered and offered a refund. I didn't take the refund because we weren't in a hurry for the faucet. They informed me that it would be about 4 weeks wait. Then almost to the day it arrived in perfect condition. Thanks!
