Faucet Depot

I do not recommend faucet depot. I never received a confirmation email regarding the order, as they claim they send for every order. In addition, it took well over one week for me to receive the order, longer than they claim on their webpage. Finally, they state on their webpage, that they typically use UPS for delivery but sent my delivery through Fedex, which they say nothing of in their shipping rates and policy description.

I called to check the status of my sink order because I wanted to track it and was informed that it was not in stock at their wherehouse. The representative was very helpful and called the regional distributor directly and had the sink shipped direct from the distributor, which was a great solution.

The contents were not packed correctly. The individual parts were not seperated from the faucet body. When I unpacked the box I saw two small dents on the back. I determined that they would not be seen once installed. After installation I saw a small dent on the front of similar type, but it was already installed.

Overall it was good. However, it was somewhat unclear how long it would take for delivery. Also, the soap dispenser package looked as though it had been opened and stapled shut again, which was odd, but the dispenser did not appear to have been used.

It would be nice if the site mentioned additional products needed to complete the product. The sink I purchased does not come with the drains and unfortunately I do not know what size it needs. That is my only complaint.

Before ordering I contacted a sales representative via their online chat and all questions were answered quickly in a polite manner. Billing was very clear, and the item arrived on time. Couldn't be more pleased with the service from Moen Depot (Faucet Depot). We saved over $50 on our faucet, which our local home improvement superstore would have had to order, as they did not stock it. It was in stock at Moen Depot, was shipped promptly, and we were able to "watch" it travel across country with FedEx tracking. It arrived exactly when expected, and now that we have installed it we are absolutely delighted with it. Would very highly recommend shopping here, and we will be back again.

Item is backordered but I never received notification. I communicated via live chat with your rep, and found out that the item was not in stock and there was no good estimate of arrival time. I do not fault you for the backorder, but the communication is sadly lacking.
