I do not understand the negative reviews about this company.

I had a great experience with this company. I was planning a multi-room remodel for almost a year and ordered samples from them 2 or 3 times. The samples came quickly. I got follow-up emails after each order. I told them I was not yet ready to order. I also got an email telling me to call to order because they could give me a better shipping price over the phone.

I finally decided what I wanted. I told my tile contractor the tile I wanted because he said he could get a better price with his contractor's discount. A week later he got back to me and told me the Fast Floors price was nearly $2/sq ft cheaper than his best price. And that included the shipping charge. When I ordered, the tile wasn't in stock. The customer service rep. called immediately to tell me it would be a special order. She also made sure the tile from the manufacturer was delivered to their Arizona shipping depot (I live in CA) which reduced my shipping costs even further (compared to the cost if it shipped from the east coast).

From start to finish I ended up speaking to 2 or 3 different customer service people because of vacations, etc. They always had excellent records of my past interactions and the prices they had quoted me. They honored the previously quoted prices. The delivery went fine. The tile is beautiful.
