was disappointed in the condition of my purchase. the item was placed in a small pouch which is usually fine but not with a necklace... it's was received tangled up. otherwise, my purchase was a good value.

while the qualitiy of products look good, I still have not recieve my order yet. It has been over 10 days, and while I am living in Canada, i still didn't expect it to take this long. I was no able to track it online either, even though I had the correct information.however i have had good customer service, when I emailed my complaints. Therefore while I may not order again from this site, I am pleased with the politeness in regaruds to my emails.

Yhe quality of the ring seems very good. The engraving was done well. The sizing was correct. The price seemed very reasonable. We were all very pleased.

I purchased an engravable necklace as a birthday gift for my daughter. The necklace came in plenty of time, the engraving was perfect and the ncklace was exactly as I had expected. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Love the 1/2 off weekend specials and the super fast shipping. I do wish that the boxes had some sort of sticker on them identifying what's inside, though. I ordered 6 identical heart pendant necklaces, but with 3 different chain lengths; 14"', 16" and 18". I had to get a measuring tape out to find out which ones were which.

I normally don't take time to write reviews or even participate in customer satisfaction surveys. It's not that I'm lazy, just not overall impressed with online shopping and especially customer service. I won't write a bad review either, unless it was just a disaster and the customer service was absolutely offal.

In this case, I'm happy to say and spend time expressing and giving a public review of Eve's Addiction.

Price, shipping, "especially" delivery time, easy purchasing and their customer service support is phenomenal.

The items I ordered were gifts for my bride maids (added one for me too) and we all just love them so much! No flaws, and in perfect condition! Wearing them every day!

I received a necklace that had a broken lobster clasp and it fell off of me. I am glad I didn't lose it. Also, i called and tried to get another one sent out, as I purchased the necklace to wear to a wedding, but I had to send it back first... I'm worried it won't make it back.

The necklace broke out my neck, but was nice piece, Cz wasn't believable size. Just put in SS jewelry box to wear over a sweater and blouse, not bare skin.

My only disappointment with the site is that the rings do not come in half sizes which severely limits my purchasing. My BF and I purchased promise rings and my ring finger is actually closer to a 5 1/2 and due to the fact that it is stainless steel, it cannot be altered or adjusted to fit. I referred the site to other people who felt similarly about the sizing but did like the products.

The first time I ordered the earrings had to be returned and requested as the catch did not work. The second time I ordered earrings, they were ok, somewhat cheap looking and the bracelet is also cheap looking. I let it go, and have never wore them. The third and my last time to order earrings I got them and you have to bend the damn things to get my ear in it, so that means and oddly chapped earring and eventually it will break. So, No I won't be ordering from Eve's Addiction again.

I purchased a ring, but when it came it was thinner than it looked online so I just returned it for a thicker band. I have not as yet received the exchange. The band was nice looking so am sure the new one will be fine.
