Great home decorations. I love my accent pieces that I recieved. My items all got here on time. Everything look pleasing to the eye. There was no assembly required for the object I purchased. Packaging was great. Looks great. Customer service people were nice.

This order order came from different manufacturers around the country the customer service people were great with coordinating delivery and keeping me informed of when I could expect delivery. There was a glitch when a chair arrived damaged, but with one call the replacement chair was shipped the next day! Good quality of the items I purchased and a helpful customer service staff.

For the most part everything was fine. My only complaint is that they have this particular vanity table described as being white. It even says white on the box it came in. The actual color of the table is taupe. I was a little disappointed in the color. But, the table is a very nice piece overall, very sturdy and well made and a cinch to put together. Also the web site was very easy to navigate. I found what I wanted very quickly and it was easy to make a purchase. I will probably shop here again.

I founs that ordering furniture online from Everything Furniture to be very easy and an overall good experience. My bedroom set that I bought with the white glove service looks spectacular. Our household ordered and recieved a leather recliner from Everything Furniture. Wanted to comment on a few things about the experience. The chair came to our home in excellent condition. There was a small rip on the box when it arrived but there was no damage to the actual recliner itself. The chair has an overall beautiful look and it is very comfertable to sit in. There are a lot of great items that I viewed on their webpage that I would like to order.

I got a great deal from Everything Furniture on my living room furnishings (couch, lamp, and small table). I've had two orders so far and both have been with no problems, delay, or anything of the other kinds of problems that you I've had before! My new furniture is very high class!

10 days to receive my order of very poor quality merchandise a few of the items looked liked they should have been rejected by the manufacturer, just poor workmenship.The waste bin has several splits in the wood and you can see clearly the manufacture has tried to repair them. Today is Wednesday I received my goods Monday I have spoken to customer service at Everything Furniture as I was going to send my order back however they said they could replace my rejects, as well as speak to the manufacture.Who really knows? Oh yea by the way I received someone else's order by mistake guess his not to happy about that, not to worry he was lucky as it was collected by UPS on Tuesday and yes I waiting in all day for them. Did I have next day delievery for my goods of course not do I feel lucky today yea right.

Ordered a new plasma tv entertainment center. It arrived today in boxes. Really happy about my purchase. Took the items out of the boxes and set them up. My living room looks great and my dvds are all organized. I found the ordering process to be easy and appreciated the convenience of it all. Will use this web site again.

I opened my package and discovered the mirror - was shattered. Called the representative at 1-877-209-7906. Was told she would contact the manufacturer to find out what is their process for returns and would call me back. I would have preferred some kind of written confirmation that I had reported the item as damaged. I had not received a call back by the end of the day. So without written confirmation, I really don't know what is my next step for replacement - and or the return policy. Waiting for a phone call - hopefully tomorrow. Rating is fair for now - will have to wait to see how long till I hear a response.

Placed an order Sept 1st and never heard from merchant that this item was discontinued until I finally called the merchant after sending two emails that never were replied to. When I asked on the shipping status of this order I was told it was discontinued. That was about 3 wks later. I was never notifed being email, phone call or sent letter, NOTHING! Very poor customer service and I will not shop with this merchant again.

Purchased a lamp and end table from Everything Furniture. This was the first furniture purchase I've made on the web. The web site was so user friendly and Ifound exactly what I was looking for in minutes. There were lots of beautiful lamps to choose from. The one I recieved looks great, my wife really loveds it too. The end table we purchased is solid and has a really great and warm style to it. It looks great in our living room. Overall, the condition, quality, and value of the furniture exceeded my families expectations! I was really expecting the furniture to be cheaply made and was bracing for that ripped off feeling you get when you purchase a lot of items online. I had been told good things about Everything Furniture and I was really surprised that the furniture is so solid and really nice, especially for the price!

I purchased 8 bar stools online from Everything Furniture and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The reason being is that is that this order was a great experience. In the past I was always nervous about ordering anything online. I was very happy to see the correct charges on my credit card and the stools in my driveway days later. In fact, the stools arrived less than a week after I ordered them. They arrived in boxes that were nicely packaged to sustain any wear and tear. The quality is of high standard and the stools look beautiful and stylish. It was a smooth transaction. Sincerely, I am a happy customer.

I ordered a Kitchen Cart and received it in a short amount of time. Assembly instructions were great and easy to follow. The whole process of ordering from Everything Furniture was great. Their web site had a lot of great kitchen carts to choose from. There was a whole page worth. I picked the one that looked like it would fit in my kitchen the best. The ordering process was easy and I was kept up to date on my order status which was nice. The cart was delivered to our house undamaged. The cart was assembled in no time and I am now enjoying its use in my kitchen.

Unbelievable!!!! I ordered a plasma lamp in red/blue. They drop shipped a red/red. I emailed immediately after opening the box to find the wrong item. My email was totally ignored. I called and all I got was static from the customer "service" rep, who refused to even acknowledge their website only advertised blue/red.

I then asked for the "manager" who sounded exactly the same as the customer service rep. Same static, same argumentative attitude, and same refusal to even acknowledge they sold the blue/red lamp.

I called the manufacturer who said the order was placed in red/red, but they had blue/red in stock and could easily drop ship it, but I would have to go through Everything Furniture.

Everything Furniture has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you get what you ordered, fine. If there is a problem, FORGET IT.

Everything furniture had taken my order for a Cedar Hope Chest. This furniture was ordered for my daughter on a Wednesday and had taken only 6 days to reach my home on the next Tuesday and it was in perfect condition, well wrapped, without a hitch. It was a $100 less than the competition and was everything that I needed. I would recommend this company anytime...Thanks!!!

I ordered with an expectation that I would not recieve my item in time, which was definately my fault for waiting til the last minute. I am pleased to say that my package arrived very quickly. Bookcase had stripped screws. Did not line up properly. Coffee tables were to be fully assembled according to add. Delivery service dropped them off at the back door still in cardboard boxes. We had to assemble them ourselves. False advertising. Unacceptable delivery service. Would not buy from this company again.
