The only recommendation I can make is that I received an automatic email advising tracking information. I loved that feature, but because the business name was not the same as the website I ordered from, I was a little confused. Other than that, the service was fantastic.

WARNING!!! Was very easy to order. Bought Norton Antivirus 05 and Internet security 05 OEMs. recieved them after 3 days. Tried to install both of them seperately on the night I got them, NIETHER of them would install!!!! Tried at least 7 times over the next 2 days and could not get them to install. Sent a message to this effect on their website asking for a return or to speak to someone. NO RESPONSE! Sent email to them asking and telling same story...NO RESPONSE!! A few days later CALLED them by phone...NO RESPONSE!!! Called 2 more times and nothing!! Now stuck with worthless software at a high price!!! DO NOT buy from this company!!!! They will rip YOU off also!!!!!!!!
