Despite reviews I have read upon researching many online electronic stores, I chose Digital Craze because I liked the way the site was put together but most of all the prices and (when calling, always being able to get a sales person on the first ring or two). The TV's we ordered arrived safely and were priced alot lower than most merchants online and of course much less than the retail stores here locally to us. I must give credit when credit is do. I hesitated to make the pruchase for all my products at once from Digital Craze just for the simple reason I have never purchased anything from them in the pst, but when I had called several times and got nothing but curtious sales people and a better than advertised price on the products I decided to go with both Mitsubishi LCD tv's and the new Denon player. I was not pushed to buy anything else in addition to the item's that I intended on purchasing and that is a very good first hand experience being that most of these online retailers are banking on the consumer to go ahead and purchase in addition other things. In any event I would like to take this time out and personally thank the staff at DigitalCraze.com and would like everyone to know that yes, out of my 14 years of doing many different online purchases this one store will now be added to my favorites.
