It is really difficult to find a reputable online company to buy an affordable name brand replacement toner cartridges from! I spent a lot of time looking through at least 20 online companies before I found databazaar.com.

Databazaar.com sells imaging and information supplies like ink cartridges, laser toners, copier and fax supplies, special paper, and storage media. They have been in business since 1999 and also have locations in other countries such as India and Hong Kong.

I immediately directed my attention to the bottom of the home page to see what logos were shown at the bottom. At the bottom I saw a 5 Years of Excellence badge, an icon from the Safe Shopping Network indicating the safety of their network, The D&B (Dunn & Bradstreet) icon, and the Better Business Bureau logo reliability badge, Verisign logo verifying network integrity, and the Bizrate 2004 Gold Honoree for excellence. I did click on each of these to verify authenticity. I felt confident that this would be a great experience.

I was out of toner and needed some more quickly therefore location was one of the aspects I was looking for when choosing a company to purchase from. Their headquarters is in Miramar, Florida so I felt confident that my item would arrive quickly since I live in the same state. Anyone should be impressed with the shipping that Databazaar.com offers because it’s FREE and unlike some companies they do not ship the slowest method. The company chooses the carrier best suited to the location and the size of the order. All packages are shipped within 24 hours and shipping should arrive within 3-5 days in most cases which is a stellar deal.

I felt confident in this company so I proceeded to order my toner. I clicked the Toner link from the home page which gave me a selection of manufacturers to choose from. I chose my printer model and it gave me a list of options or my printer. I found that I had several choices including brand names and a generic. The page also had a button to click to verify that the item was really in stock which I verified before placing my product into my shopping basket. This is a great proactive measure that reassured me that my order would not be lingering on backorder or canceled by the company. Check out was very simple and I was taken to a printable invoice after submitting the order. Major credit card like MASTER card, VISA, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

My name brand product purchase was delivered for $14 less than the exact same product at my office supply store that I usually use, and at the same price as the off-brands at other online stores. I received an email to notify me that I had placed an order with the company. I received another email with the package tracking number.

I ordered my cartridge on Friday, it was delivered by FedEx Ground on Monday. My box was brown with databazaar.com tape so I knew exactly what was in the box. My item was new, undamaged, and factory sealed. The invoice and packing slip was in the box.

Databazaar.com has an excellent and fair return policy. If Databazaar.com makes a mistake on your order you can rest assure that you will not have to pay for the return packaging fee. If you are returning the product for any other reason you will need to pay the return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.

The website was organized well and items were easy to find however I thought the red and gray font was a little challenging to read.

I did not need to use the customer service because their ordering and delivery process was smooth. There is an online chat link for immediate help, and their phone number is also clearly posted on the web page.

I absolutely loved everything about my experience with databazaar.com. It is easy to see why they are prospering so quickly. I would recommend this company above all others for toner and ink replacements. Their site is organized, their prices are competitive, their shipping is fast and FREE, their policies are fare, and the reputation is immaculate.
