I like this merchant. The products were packaged in new condition, and delivered in a really short period of time. They have a huge selection of items to choose from. I wish they gave coupons though . . .

I don't like the lack of responsibility for sending to Canada. If you are going to take my order then you should have the appropriate things in place to get through customs and pay the duty etc if applicable. I have no idea where my shipment is going or where I might have to go to try to get it. Very disappointed.

Execellent website for shopping online. Uncluttered, informative, downloads quickly, and, most importantly, has good products that work. I've ordered products from others in the past only to find that they contained unmentioned ingredients that I was allergic to. I never ordered from them again. But this company mentions all of the ingredients and I trust them now. The order also arrived incredibly quickly. When an order is delayed for too long I sometimes change my mind and cancel it. One of the drawbacks of just-in-time stocking.

The product I ordered was backordered which was clearly stated on the website. I also received an e-mail to tell me it was backordered which gave me a chance to cancel the order. It's due to ship in the next few days. There doesn't seem to be a track you order from the website. I've never needed to track it since they usually have everything in stock and they e-mail a tracking number when it ships. You can view you order history from the website.
