Customer service reps very efficient & friendly. Unfortunately, my credit card was billed twice for my purchase. Customer service rep was able to help with a refund over the phone. I initially tried to purchase over the internet using my credit card, but received an e-mail saying my card # was incorrect. I then phoned the credit card # in with one of your reps. My only concern was that it did go through initially and unless I had checked by credit card statement, I would have paid twice for this purchase.

It took 5 days to respond to my e-mail for information about my order and whether it had been processed. Apparently they were out of the product so it had to be shipped from the manufacture...finally I got a tracking number...could have notified me about the delay and I would have been OK with it...I spent over $800.00 on this order so they should have notified me about the delay without me having to e-mail them twice. I'm receiving it on 13 or 14 of November.
