I ordered a $100 product from this vendor that was not as described (making it useless to me). Instead of immediately acknowledging that their description was in error their customer service wanted to argue insisting that the product was as described. After they finally acknowledge that it was a false advertisement, instead of just issuing me a pre-paid return label they asked me if I wanted one. I was forced to respond telling them that yes, I certainly did want to return the item as I had stated in my first e-mail. They totally ignored that response. After a second request for the label, they responded that they had sent it, hadn't I gotten it? So I had to send a third request saying (duh) isn't that what I just told you twice already. Now they've sent me an e-mail stating that they sent it to my other e-mail address. Compare this with Amazon.com where I had an identical problem with an item from the same manufacturer. I was able to reach them immediately by requesting a call from them on their web site. It took less then 5 minutes to explain the problem and have a return label in my hand. The e-mail with return label was in my inbox before I even got off the phone with them. I returned the package the next morning and my account has been credited already. I contacted CutleryAndMore before the request to Amazon that was quickly resolved yet I'm still waiting for CutleryAndMore's promised return label. If they jerk me around like this for the refund they are going to find themselves defending their licenses to operate.
