This first costume had some manufacturing defects to which I was sent another promptly, but it still did not meet the description standards AND the second had to be purchased with a refund only MAY be given after the warehouse evaluates the costume. The adult LARGE did was VERY snug on my 5'8" 165lb. husband. However, the quality of the second ws good just was not exactly how described online. Again, they were prompt. They do not have any customer service over the phone.

Costume for les is a little pricey on some costumes but if you search the site, you can typically find a deal and the products are as advertised. They deliver quickly and I have recommended them to my daughter's school as a source for costumes.

I ordered a small size which I normnally wear. The Costume did say that it runs small. You should have put how much it runs small; 1/2 size or 1 size. It was to small and had to get someone to alter it but it came out fine. The vest was to big and I had that altered. It also had a white streak in it as wear the pattern print didn't print. I didn't wear the vest; I had another one. Other than that I liked it and had alot of compliments, Thanks, Wendy A

Not completely staisfied with the product =( It said it was a one size, so I thought it would fit a little big on me since I am short and thin, but no, it was actually kind of tight! Also the fabric is so thin and the seams unravel so easily, just by wearing it! For a 50-dollar costume, I expected it to be of more quality, so that I could weare it more than once. On the other hand, I did like the design and bright color of the costume, and the big variety of products they have on the website.

Sizing on the website is poor - doesn't reflect sizing on package. Replacement order showed in stock when it was ordered and didn't arrive on time, then I checked again and it said my replacement order was out of stock. 'In stock' items should be available for those that purchase them.

Good communication, even when telling me that their inventory system was incorrect about the stock level of an item I ordered - I was notified the same day that the item was not in stock. The rest of my order shipped on time, and I was able to find a suitable replacement for the out of stock item as well.

I received the packages on time and the paperwork appeared correct but instead of receiving the wig I ordered and needed quickly, I received an infant sized EWOK costume. I am trying to get my credit card credited for the amount less shipping and I have written emails and followed the proper procedures but have received no response. In my opinion this is unacceptable.

I'm very satisfied with the prices and the selection of the customes they offered. The only thing I was unhappy about was that when you order the product, it doesn't tell you that they don't deliver to PO boxes. I found out last minute while tracking my products and almost didn't receive my costumes on time. I had to meet with a UPS driver to get it for when I needed.

I ordered an indian costume in 2 sizes. When I ordered it, both sizes were available and the expected arrival date would be 2 days. On the day it was to arrive, I received an email from them saying both costumes were out of stock. They were polite enough & apologized and did ask what I wanted them to do, but since I only ordered two items from them and BOTH items were out of stock, I hesitate to order anything else from them.

I was very satisfied with the products I ordered. I was disappointed with the advertised shipping rate of $5.95 as I felt it was deceptive. After making my purchase I was advised that my order was going to be shipped from 3 different warehouses so I was charged $5.95 per order from each warehouse. I thought that was deceptive advertising.

I had no problem shopping at Costumes4less but I was so dissappointed at the merchandise I ordered. In the photo it looked like a nice quality outfit and when I opened it I was shocked. It was a cheesy halloween like outfit that I would never give my grandchild. The bracelet and little headphone looked like I could get it at the dollar store, for just that, a dollar. I am in the process of sending it back. It won't keep me from ordering again but I will be more careful of details and quality.

The shopping experience was good. However, the singing skulls don't sing like I thought they would and they have to be hung up which I didn't notice. I'm not sure that I want to keep them. The music coming from them is not what I expected. I purchased them for my son's rehearsal dinner and thought I could use it as a main centerpiece. I'm disappointed with it.

The costume logo was stuck to the packaging which left a mark on the logo of the chest of the costume. I didn't bother trying to returrn it because I feared the blame shift between costumes4less & the shipper (because of the heat) causing such a delay that I'd either end up double billed some how or with no costume in time for Halloween.
