The customer service was great. Soon after my purchase a thoughtful member of Contour Dermatology's staff contacted me to confirm my order, and to discuss the product with me. I thought she was professional, thorough and courteous. In general, a very caring staff. Product was great too. Product arrived as promised and I love the product. I feel comfortable knowing the product is coming from a Dermatologist's office. A real one at that! Thanks!
