Everything satisfactory EXCEPT the paypal checkout link. Did NOT take me to the paypal webpage for payment choice selection and completion but defaulted to pay with bank account. According to Paypal, this is not acceptable and was to be investigated.

Scam website here. They are part of EnterComputers and Compubiz. They sell products that dont have warranty and are full of liars. I bought an HP printer that had no warranty. Luckily HP rep went above and beyond replaced it. CompuBiz and EnterComputers are the same company and are cheaters!

I purchased a product from Compubiz and was doing some more online shopping and came across a message board about internet dealers scamming unsuspecting customers. Compubiz was on that list of bad dealers. I saw negative reviews about Compubiz over and over on a message board forum saying they are the same company as EnterComputers. So I checked on some business owner look up sites and it was TRUE! Stay away from Compubiz and EnterComputers they are the same owners! They hide behind different company names. Thank god you are able to lookup owners of businesses to see who they really are. There is a message board I ran across that talks about internet scammers and Compubiz and Enterscomputers has come up numerous times. They are known to sell used and broken products that have been fixed as new products. If you dont believe me look it up and you will see its owned by the same people! I was lucky enough to cancel my order but I still haven't recieved my refund from these guys!

Whole process was fairly easy. Someone in my IT dep. did searching, so I don't know how difficult that was, but once I had the product number, whole process was fairly early. Shipping arrived one day earlier than stated time, so that was nice too.

The computer bag never arrived. I sent an email that I never received a response to and made three phone calls. I was told the package was lost and they no longer had the item in stock so they put a credit through on my charge card.

This company commits fraud and lies to customer's everyday. They sale refurbished products and new. They clean them up and tell customer's they are brand new. I placed an order for an HP printer only to find out its refurbished. I wouldn't had known unless when I called HP they told me the product is refurbished and out of warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! THEY HAVE LOTS OF BAD REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES!

It seemed to take a out of the way route with Fed-Ex. There is a depo only a mile or two from my home and it was routed about a hundred miles away and they delivered it. Other than that all is good.

Item was listed as in stock, but after I placed the order, I was told that it was out of stock. I cancelled the order and purchased the unit elsewhere. I then got a call back from CompuBiz saying the product was back in stock, and asking if I wanted to restart the order. I explained that I had purchased the item elsewhere, which they accepted.
