I ordered a infant seat and matching stroller. I got
conflicting emails as to whether they had shipped one or both items. One email said that the stroller was backordered. The othere said that all of my items had been shipped.
The infant seat arrived quickly, but the box looked like it had been through the war. I wrote to them about the stroller. They wrote back and said we should have it by the end of the month 'maybe even sooner'. The end of the month came and went - no word. I found their
Non-Toll-Free number and after waiting on hold over 10 minutes, someone picked up. She said they were expecting a shipment from Graco 'any day'.
Another week went by, and I wrote again. This time the response was that the stroller was on the loading dock and ready to ship. I asked for a tracking number. That's when I got another email that the item had been back-ordered and it would be several more weeks. So I called them again. This person told me that the order had left Graco the week before and it should arrive at
their dock any day.
I never heard another word from them. The following week I found a Graco carton on my front porch. It looked even worse than the carseat.I took pictures of the box it was so bad - it couldn't even stand up anymore.
I never got an email that it was on it's way. Never had a tracking number. It looks like they have everything shipped to them, then they slap their own ups label on top of the original and send it out to the customer without any additional packing. What an inefficent way to do business - not to mention a waste of gas and time. My packages had to go from Graco headquarters (Minnesota I believe) to Comfort 1st in Maryland to my home in Missouri.
I would never, ever do business with this company again.
