I found the quality of the merchandise unacceptable. I create newsletters, forms that include photos etc etc and the color is poor. I wanted to find a place where I could sav e as I use a lot of toner but I can't use what I have. I paid $200.53 for the cartridges, but it is not a savings if I can't use the product. I called in a complaint and they asked me to shake the cartridges and then print 15-20 pages but it did not help. It is not my printer, it is the cartridges. I was told by Eric to wait for another reply when I told him his suggestions did not work. The ticket number 36688. My order was 94001353275841-18184. I will see what the solution is. The cartridges came with the each package with loose toner all over the cartridges. Everything had to be wiped off. Appeard to be poor quality toner or the cartridges were not cleaned or whatever they do to refurbish. If the solution satisfies me I would reuse your site for new orders...but I have to be satisfied.Your idea is great but it is imperative to have A good product. Your survey questions do not fit my problems. Thank you wanda

We placed a large order for cartridges because it was a great price! But by the time we got around to using some of them it was already past the 90 day warranty period and the cartridges did not work.  We called to exchange them up for original cartridges but they would not even exchange or trade them up and let me pay the difference!  Definitely won't use them again!

I purchased this product going on two weeks ago now. I have yet to receive the merchandise even though their website says 3 to 5 days. I have sent two messages to inquire and have had no responses. I received a confirmation that the product shipped however there is no tracking number so I can't even find out where it is on my own. I sent an email a couple of days ago and asked for a tracking number and again I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I not only purchase products for my home office but for my husbands company and my work office as well. This experience not only lost me as a customer but I will not order for the other two as well so this was a large loss to a company I accidentally stumbled onto on the net! Thank you for asking for my opinion. This company very well needs to know that they are paying salaries out to people who are DEFINATELY not earning their money and at the same time creating a very bad name and reputation for their company. Very poor customer service over the phone. We had asked to cancel the order after our bad experience with this merchant ColorTonerExpert. Email was not answered and order was not cancelled. We will not do business with this company anymore. Companies like ColorTonerExpert should not be in business.

Like the products - Like the Price Process to get an RMA and have a defective cartridge replaced needs to be improved. It should be immediate with no delays. Overall I am satisified with the products, and customer service. On a scale of 1(low) to 5(high) ColorTonerExpert.com has a rating of a 4(good)
