It was a pretty quick delivery, accurate order processing, have no idea about customer service, wasn't needed. Decently satisfied with the product.

I ordered the case for the Samsung Solstice from them after an intense search for a top loading carrying case as opposed to the side loading cases. I also wanted a case which was open from the top as it is easy to remove the phone.

Online ordering was a little confusing with trying to figure out the best option with the coupons I had and trying to get the best deal in terms of shipping. If I put in a 20% discount, it was coming out to less that $29.99 and I wasn't getting free shipping, which was ending up costing me more than the price of all the items at the advertised price and free shipping.

Delivery time was a little long, and I didn't know it was coming from HK until after I made the order.

Overall satisfaction with the case is ok. It is a little cheaply made, feels like a piece of cardboard with a thin leather sewn around it. The top is loose and the phone falls out if turned upside down. The reason I say ok is because it didn't cost that much, and I got a great bargain on the bluetooth from them.
