I was happy with the service and quality of the products but apparently I misjudged my size because most of my purchases did not fit. I have not worn Calvin Klein before, and the clothing ran a little larger than I expected. I will keep this in mind for future purchases.

the website does not always work as it should. taking payments by credit card the site freezes up. talked with customer service and they promised a call back the day i called and did not receive one, but got an email 2 days later.

Overall the experience was good. However, I had the items mailed to my parents house in Idaho because I was going to be there when the items were supposed to arrive, and they arrived so late that my parents will now have to send them to me in Louisiana.

GREAT products ... however the ONLY market to small - average size ... NOTHING for the FULL figured woman !! To bad for Calvin Klein "BIG" loss for them in the large market !! Easy to shop with them and speedy shipping !!

The site was easy to navigate, but did not have many of the products in stock. If it was not available, there was no expected ship date, if at all. My biggest complaint, which is yet to be resolved, is sales tax was added to the order. While I understand it is CKU's responsibility to collect sales tax in states they have a physical presence, there is no sales tax charged on clothing in MA, therefore they should not charge sales tax on such products. The customer service representative was not aware of this and felt they did not charge this in error. While she finally admitted the charge should not be made, I am still waiting for a refund. How many others paid sales tax when not required to do so? Where is this money going?

My problem was the colors weren't described clearly and there was no style number. I found the bras in a store and wanted to order more, but couldn't tell which ones they were online. Also I wanted to match the color to buy panties, but couldnt' tell which of the nude colors it was. Your products are fine, it is the website that is difficult.

My experience with CK was excellent. However I did have a problem with UPS according to there online tracking system I was not home when they first came and didnt leave the box. I was home all day. I informed the cust rep at UPS of this, she had a supv from the local office call me, well I was told a lie by her, she was very rude and confrontational. the next day the package did arrive by my usual UPS driver who personally (of his own accord) apologied to me for what had happend, when he found out what happend he was very upset at the drive anf supv. for there lie to me. After this experience with them, I may not use UPS again.

This was much easier than going to the store and rifling through their underwear display to see if they had the size, color, and style of underwear I wanted. If I had known I would waste an hour going to the mall, I would have gone to the website first. I was disappointed that I paid retail price when buying it online, but I figure CK can not cut the price below what its retail partners set.
