they were out of stock of one A/V cable at one location and they (called) substituted another cable to save a hefty second shipping charge the alternative cable was more expensive but they gave me a discount on the order so that the total wasn't much more.

Our only "gotcha" on this order was that we requested "pick up" because there is a warehouse right here in Norcross, GA. The order had been processed....but for "pickup" in California! The warehouse in Georgia was great and was able to pull the cables from their stock quickly and complete our order. Good experience...not perfect but we'll leave perfection for our next purchase!

Internet site very user friendly. I especially liked the status updates I received in my email. 1 for order received, 1 for order processed, 1 for order shipped and 1 for ordered delivered. The order delivered was most helpful because this was shipped to a corporate address with a very large mail center. This allowed me to go to the mail room and get my order rather than wait for the mailroom to get it to me. Customer service was awesome and greatly appreciated. Keep up your excellent service it is a true pleasure to be treated as an appreciated customer and not just another order.
