My experience was extremely positive!
First, they had the very best price, and their online listing not only assured me that the product was in stock, but even stated exactly how many units they had in stock at the time I was placing my order, which in my mind eliminated any concerns that I would be told it was "back-ordered" after I had already made my purchase, as sometimes occurs with some other dealers. Secondly, it was very simple to complete the order online. I did have one question about how to fill out the request for free shipping, which was part of the deal, and I emailed CTI and within hours received a very friendly personal reply and clearcut instructions. Next, I received continuously updated automated emails from CTI reporting each step in the fulfillment of my purchase and shipment. And, most importantly, the product arrived within the promised time, packaged securely, in perfect condition, and just as ordered. I was very happy with CTI and would certainly do business with them again. |

Trustworthy. I was in need of SCSI drives and found that they happened to be local. I visited their offices and picked up exactly what I was looking for after knowledgeable tech assistance. Operation looks legit. I'd feel safe knowing that someone actually visited their business and that things appear straight.

CTI did a good job on this order. The printer ended up being back ordered for a few days, but they kept me informed as to the filling of the order. They told me it would be one week when I ordered and their stock must have come in soon and they shipped in 2 business days. I would recomend them.

Tried to order but website declined my transaction because of an address verification problem with my PO Box billing address. The shopping cart application they use if very unfriendly. When I called customer service they transferred me twice before I ended up with an Asian speaking CSR whose only suggestion was to call my bank to check my address. When I explained to her that I had my bank statement with my proper address in front of me it was like talking to a wall. She just kept repeating that I needed to call my bank. I asked her to cancel transaction and I will not use this merchant again.

When I used my corporate credit card, and attempted to ship the product to a different address, CTI refused to ship to any address EXCEPT what the bank corporate card had on record, and DEMANDED that I ADD any and ALL additional shipping addresses to my BANKS records, before they would ship to any other address than what the BANK had on file. This was absolutely ridiculous, (am I really supposed to add every customer to my bank's records?) so I cancelled the order with CTI, and promptly ordered from another vendor, with a better rating, and easily and quickly achieved my objective without a hassle.

This was my first time ordering with CTI and I had a decent experience. The Web site has a lot of typos and it doesn't look like they are reputable, but since it was a Trusted Store I ordered from them ( normally I wouldn't give it a second thought to go to another store).
Aside from receiving way too many e-mails from CTI (a total of SIX), they got both orders out to me very fast. There were some things that made me wonder, however: 1. A bounce back from an e-mail sent from me to sales@cti-intl.com, which was automatically sent from CTI without my knowledge. "Unable to accept message because the server is out of disk space." Not a good e-mail to get from a company you just ordered from. 2. Pretty confusing format for the change in order status (took a while to figure out what had shipped). No need for an e-mail on EVERY change. 3. Duplicate e-mails for the Shipped notification. All in all, I had a good experience. Just looks like the way they do things is very different from other online retailers. |

Great prices, great selection, poor order tracking. I ordered an in-stock item on Wednesday and by the following Monday had not seen any change in status. I e-mailed asking when it would ship, they quickly responded "today" but by Tuesday the order status still hadn't changed. I e-mailed again asking for the FedEx tracking number which was provided and the product was shipped the previous day as stated. Then they finally updated my order status to shipped... They could communicate better - I will definately buy from them again because of their selection and prices.

Great experience overall. The order tracking process was excellent. Every time the order status changes an e-mail was sent to me. When the order shipped the tracking number was automatically available on the website.
Shipping did take a while since it was ground and coming from New York (and going to California). It would have been nice to have a free 3 day select option instead of free ground.

This was the worst experience I have had with an online vendor. I purchase online at least 3 - 9 times per month and have for at least 5 years so I'm no newbe. The product & price were just fine. First they double charged my cc & blamed my bank, which was bull. They refunded within 2 days so that was not too bad. I ordered on a Tues night. I reported the double billing on Wed and also followed up on my order. I was told by 3 people that the order would ship that day. I received an email that stated that the order was updated but no notice of shipment yet. I called Thurs morning and was told it shipped and an update would take place within a few hours. Friday afternoon and still no email or confirmation of shipment so I called again and was told, after being on hold, that it was deffenitly shipped on Wed but the imput to the system was way behind. I should have had it on Fri if it was shipped on Wed. I received an email Monday night saying it was shipped, I received it on Thurs. What really sucked was being told that it was shipped but wasn't for 5 days. Really bad managment. I've shopped on other sites where shipment was not for 5 days but at least you knew what was what.
Really needs improvement in the shipping & confirmation process.

There was an issue with the shipping/billing address not being the same, which is a common problem. The specific issue was that CTI did not inform me of the problem, so I had to call them to figure out what was going on. I changed my information with my credit card company, but there was still another mistake and again I had to contact CTI to figure out what was going on. On the plus side they were friendly, inexpensive and the item was shipped quickly, once everything was cleared up. So the mistakes were mine, but I had no way of knowing that anything was wrong except for me contacting them. Overall, I would buy from them again if they had another good deal.
