What can I say? I first placed the order on-line on July 15. The on-line site did not indicate Brilliant Store's use of USPS mail so when I clicked "Ground" I assumed that meant a Carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or DHL and gave my physical business address. They mailed item to my physical address but used USPS mail. However the US Post Office will not put mail sent to our business physical address in our PO Box, so USPS rejected the shipment & sent it back to Brilliant. When I found this out, I gave Brilliant my USPS Post Off. box address & still don't have item!!!!!!!!! All this because Brilliant did not specify what they meant by ground in the online order form. The battery arrived quickly and charged up very nice. It fit perfectly into my 4 years old laptop. Brilliantly fast shipping, and came in perferct condition with great packaging. Sorry, but at this time my review is not a good one. I placed my order on June 1st, the amount was deducted from my checking account on June 2, and after 2 e-mails requesting help I still as of today, July 3 - I do not have my order and no response from my e-mails. I will not order from Brilliant store again. I expected more from Google since this is part of their network.

At this time I am not satisfied with the service I have received. I received the wrong part and I did confirm with Peavey that the woofer replacement that was sent is not the correct part. I wrote back to brilliantstore.com and advised them of this and requested the information I need to process a return. They have yet to respond. I am not happy at all at this point. I will be happy to change my rating of brilliantsore.com if they are willing to help me process a timely return of this item as I am not satisfied with what I have received. It is not the right part. Surprisingly dissatisfied, with customer support. Was told that I would hear from them on Friday 06-June-08, about a missing item which was not sent, and also to give me some information on their return policy. I have not heard from them all of that day. I am beginning to wonder if I need to get my lawyer involved.

Item reach before the prescribed time in perfect condition. It was a battery which comes in cold condition. I did not know that I asked for return. They responded quickly to my email. But by that time I also learnt I do not need to return. But that it still shows their qaulity of service.
