They kept sending me emails telling me that my credit card company had declined the charge, but when I contacted my credit card company they informed me that they had not. I thought that the website was excellent - it made it easy to see exactly what the product details were, which is often hard to do when shopping for jewelry. I also thought that the price was reasonable.
