I recieved e-mail that items were back ordered, but e-mail was so confusing that I was not sure if some of the items had shipped, when the item were to ship. Wish the web site would have told me items were on back order and I would have never placed the order.

I purchased a commercial co2 regulator in the past from Beverage Factory.com, as well as some other parts. These came in just fine and on time. This time however, the same exact model regulator that I purchased before came in damaged. It was another dual regulator, commercial grade, and the dail that tells me how many lbs. are left in my co2 tank was bent and damaged. The box looked a bit banged up, but not so much that I can say the damage came from the shipping. At any rate the dial will not work at all. I may order from them again, but I may have to check out some other places as well.

I tried to order an Avanti wine refrigerator from Beverage Factory's website. Although it clearly states "IN STOCK" and "usually ships the next business day", I was emailed days later with the information that the item was backordered. Even after calling them to let them know about the discrepancy, their website STILL states that the item is in stock. To me, this is just false advertising to get you to order from them, even though you could get it faster from somewhere else.

Reservoir Lid was broken and the factory sent me a new coffee maker after I agreed to pay shipping and handling for the mailing. Then, I had to return the broken machine at my expense - I did via UPS for $17.00. Bad & expensive experience. Ron Clegg

The reason I would not purchase an appliance from them again is that, although the toaster oven appears to be in fine condition, whoever packed it did not put in enough padding in the larger box it came in. The appliance was well packed in its original small box; however the very big box it was in had so little filler that it clearly moved around quite a lot on its way to New York from California.

Our product came in damaged but the service was great in getting the damaged product returned and re-ordered. We now have our new unit in place and it's exactly what we needed. I would rate the service of handling the damaged product and reshipping the replacement second to none.

Cooler was defective when I rec'd it, seller did not rectify the situation, but told me I had to deal with the mfg. The mfg took several calls/emails to get resolved. As of now, over two weeks later, the cooler is waitimng for parts. Parts should be in next week (I hope)...... In my mind, seller should have sent me a replacement unit and I should have returned the defective one after my initial call (and emailed photos of the defect).
