This has absolutely been the worst purchasing experience I have ever had

Late last month I paid a visit to the local Best Buy to try and obtain a refrigerator for our new house. The sales man and the local store was rude, unhelpful and could just hardly speak English. When he found out I wanted a refrigerator that very day he started to completely ignore me. I was perplexed by this and started talking to another sale man. (woman actually). It turns out that this particular Best Buy in Riverside County Ca does not actually stock any appliances so obtaining one the same day is not possible. Ah so this is why I was ignored!!
I leave the store and decide to try BestBuy.Com. I find the fridge I want and place the order. This particular item was supposed to be local and could be delivered to my house within 5 working days. Great I place the order and 24 hours later receive an email stating it was special order only and would take up to three weeks to deliver to my house. I call BestBuy.Com customer support (not the same as Best Buy customer support by the way) and explain my issue. I needed a fridge within a week. The sales rep said I needed to first cancel my previous order so we took care of this. Then she said “oh the credit will not reflect on your card for up to 14 days”!! WTF??? I expressed my displeasure with this and she was able to credit the card during the same phone call. She then located a fridge similar to the one I wanted that was in fact local and could be delivered on Sunday (3 days away). Great lets order that one I said. Saturday rolls around and I get what I think is my pre delivery phone call but no, it was the same woman as before stating this fridge couldn’t be delivered for 2 more weeks, it was special order as well. Holy crap here we go again. Again I call BB.Com Customer Support, go through the song and dance about 14 days to credit my card, yada yada and decide on another model that will be delivered on Tuesday. Its been three weeks and still no refrigerator and I have yet o contact a Customer Support agent who seems like that even care much less want to help me. If there isn’t a fridge in my kitchen this Tuesday night I will be contacting my cousin who is an attorney to find out what I should do.
