Website not up to date on out of stock items. Poor customer service.

I purchased a bed that was advertised as in stock on their website.  Three days after my expected delivery date I received notification from the company that the bed was out of stock and would not be delivered until 2 months later.  Obviously, I needed somewhere to sleep so I canceled the order and purchased a bed from a local vendor.  I later received notification that while the order for the frame of the bed had been successfully canceled the mattress that came with it had already been shipped out and could not be canceled or returned.  In other words, the mattress had been irreversibly shipped out before the company had informed me that the frame was out of stock.

I tried to resolve this problem with customer service, including asking them to redirect the mattress to one of my family members, but speaking to the representatives was both frustrating and pointless. After numerous calls and being placed on hold for a total of at least two hours, I made no headway in solving the problem. As a result, I was stuck with paying for and storing an extra mattress in my tiny studio apartment.  I strongly recommend against purchasing anything from this vendor. Their website cannot be trusted, and if you do end up having to speak to customer service, good luck.
