Product was back ordered and we were not notified.  We were extemely dissatisfied with the lack of attention to customer service.  We won't be using this service again.

It's been two weeks and my order still hasn't shipped.  It's been difficult to find out the status of my order.  There was no indication before purchasing that the products would be delayed.  I'm still not confident that I'll even receive my items.

I like the robes BUT because I ordered from you I somehow am now receiving Field & Stream magazine which I hate.  I did not order it or ok it and the only way I can cancel it is to go back through you.  what kind of sham are you running???  I am reporting this to the consumer fraud line!  clearly, I am outraged!

I now do not trust this vendor and would NOT recommend that anyone orders through this site.
Delivery speed is non-existent.
Order had been place on the 9 Nov and by 19 Nov I still had NO product, no order status updates and no phone calls notifying me of a possible delay in shipment.
Deliver date was communicated at 4-7 days. It is now 10 and no sign of a shipment headed my way and the holdiays are coming.
Completely unacceptable service, if I could cancel my order without penalty I would.

I ordered a comforter set on October 22.  On the description page it said it would ship in  2-3 days.  When I finished the order, I noticed that it said my order would ship in 1-2 weeks.  I was upset, but figured that I had failed to notice the change during the checkout process.  Well it is now Nov 15 and my order STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED!  If I check the status online, it still says it will ship in 1-2 weeks.  I emailed customer service  a week ago and they did reply to my question.  The reply simply said that they have not yet received the item.  No mention of when it would ship and no "we're sorry" or anything to acknowledge that they are very late.  My overall satisfaction is zero.  I will never order from this site again.  Oh, and needless to say, they charged my credit card on October 22.

I ordered a shower curtain over 2 weeks ago and it is just now being shipped. That is, after I contacted the seller 2 times.
I will not shop there again...

I spent over 35.00 for this shower curtain and we are building a new home and I thought since most online orders are very fast in shipping this would be the same. But, not so.
The person I contacted at BedBathStore told me she would have to get with the manufacture, that is where it was shipping from. I don't know if she was a thrid party or what. But, this is the slowest order I have ever placed with anyone.

On November 9th I order two sets of Country Patch Ruffled Tier and Swag curtains for my kitchen and by November 13th I had my order. They were just as I expected them to be. The colors, designs and quality of the curtains are very good and I love them. It did take me awhile to find the curtains I wanted due to the selection variaty they had. My order went right through on the computer with no trouble, they also responded back very rapidly with a response to my order which was very polite so I did not have to talk to the customer service department.  I would be more than happy to order again from BedBath in the future as the need may rise.  I would also recommend them to others.  Thank you very much for the fast service.

I returned my product the next by UPS on 10/30/09 along with a note and I still have not recieved my refund my mail or putting it back into my account. Please forward this on to accounting or who ever it needs to go to. I will follow up with a call.

I never have written a company before because I never had to. I will never shop with bedbathstore again.I ordered curtains on October 26 and was told I would recieve the curtains in 1-2 weeks.On November 10 I called to find out the status of the delievery and was told the curtains are on 3-4 week back order.They had no problem taking the $90.97 from my account on October 28. I was never contacted about the back order so now for my party this Saturday there will be no curtains in the family room that I just had done over.I will be happy to tell anyone who asks why there are no curtains on the windows not to shop with you..I am furious.     Anne McEntee Farrell

Items out of stock and poor communications with customer as well as charging items upon order reciept rather than when items have shipped. I sit here today will a bill for merchandise I do not have nor have the items been shipped. I will be shopping elsewhere.

I ordered White-Lilas Crushed Flower curtins. On the sight I understood the full set top and bottoms. I recieved 1 pair rose valances and 1 pair of yellow valences. I called they sent a shipping lable to send back 1 week haven't recieved credit hopefully about another week or two.

The slow shipping is absolutely ridiculous.  I would have never bothered ordering if I would have known that it can take up to 6 weeks before they ship it.

Horrifying. This can't possibly be a legitimate business. Are these a handful of people operating out of a storage unit or something? I never received an email saying my items were on backorder, I never received a shipping confirmation, and I can no longer get a person on the phone -- just a voicemail. The first time I called and found out about the backordering the girl on the phone was clearly trying to get the conversation to end because she couldn't give me any answers. I obviously will never receive what I ordered.

Had looked everywhere for the bath rugs I wanted to match my bathroom.  It seems not many manufacturers carry a shade of rose (or pink) to match the curtains I have.  Your site was very easy to navigate and find what I wanted - and at a reasonable price.  I am planning on changing my bedroom and when I do, I definitely go to the BedBathStore website and also recommend it to my daughter, who is building a new home.

I'am disatisfied with this company. I ordered some curtains and never recieved a email or shipping notification from them. After a week of not hearing from them I sent them a email and they responded that one of the things I ordered was on back order. Poor communication. If my product doesn't come by the end of the week I will be cancelling it.

7 days and my shipment still has yet to leave the warehouse.  4 days ago a notice was sent to the post office to expect it for shipping.  Yet it has not shipped.  My experience is not good so far.

Beware of the return process. I returned a portion of my order more than a month ago and still haven't received my refund.  The color swatches and photos on the site are small and difficult to assess.  The color of the actual product was very different than I expected (hence the return)

Love the product but HATE the turn around time. I have purchased a few items for this site, loved what I bought, but it takes too long. Much longer than other sites. This time around was 2 weeks. That is almost unacceptable. When, I find things I like at Bedbathstore, I always google it to see if someone else carries that same item all because of the slow shipping. Other than the shipping, the site is good and I have been very happy with my purchases.

haven't received my order I placed on 10/6/09 I will keep checking with my apartment manager's office to see if delivery was made there. So far as of Thursday 10/16/09 no delivery was made. I have been home since Wednesday 10/15/09 and no delivery attempt was made nor communication of tracking was given with the confirmation of the order.
According to the receipt, orders ares shipped out within three days, I will still give it two weeks for deliver and then after that ask for a refund to my purchase. The tracking and transportation information needs to be improved. I was sent no tracking information except for my purchased had been shipped this leaves a big void in information to track my purchase.
I will not recommend this site again for future purchases, time is money and money is time.

I has been almost a month and I have not received my purchase yet, they keep saying it will ship in 2 to 3 days and that was almost a month ago!! If things are out of stock they should say that on their website.. I will be asking for a refund soon.

Service was horrible. I waited THREE months for the bathroom stuff. And. . . they charged my account for everything the day I ordered it. They were rude on the phone, had no idea where my stuff was, charged me almost $70 in shipping fees and then shipped by boat! I would NEVER consider ordering from them again.

I first did on line shopping and sent my order in, but it did not go through. I had to do this 3 times for it to be processed. Then, after not receiving merchandise or email on status for over a month, I emailed and it still hadn't been processed / shipped. I finally received merchandise after I was told one item was not available anymore. I disliked this shopping experience a great deal and will not shop with you in the future.
