Bass Pro Shops

Have not received order yet. It was placed on back order. Ordered in February. I have heard nothing since order confirmation on 2/25/07.

The waders were delvered on time.The inseam was a little to long for the kind of fishing that i do.I repacted them and sent them back to bass pro.I got a response within a week and a half to inform me that they had already credited my credit card.I will be in Tennessee with in the next week and will shop at your store for my waders.

Terrible customer service at bass pro shops. merchandise received damaged. they wanted me to pay S&H to receive merchandise again as well as full cost of replacement products and then pay to ship the defective products back to them. Had to talk to a "second level" customer service to get shipping taken care of and still haven't received the refund for returning my items. Cabelas has much better customer service and I will shop with them from now on.

My orders from Bass Pro Shops have always taken longer than expected. I am not sure if it is our local post office or if it is Bass Pro shops. It seems like other places we have ordered from get to us faster. We have had trouble in the past with an order. We called and they fixed it promptly. We have always had good customer service.

It seemed to take a long time to receive my order. At other merchants, the order is shipped immediately and I usually receive the merchandise in a couple of days for minimal shipping cost.

Boots had a rough seam on inside. Took to local Bass Pro Shop and they finally had my size. They exchanged for servicable product. Very satisfied with service for both Webb and local store. WBH

I love shopping Bass Pro shops and online, They are always very helpful. Online it is easy to order what you want. They make it very easy to understand. and the reviews on items really help you decide what is the best and what is not. In the stores there are always people everywhere you turn that are willing to answer questions and that have very good knowledge of what they are selling. We visit Basspro in Harrisburgh, PA about 5 times a month and we have never yet had a problem shopping there. Bass Pro truly is a great store to shop at!
