I have dealt with Avanquest for some years now and the only problems that I have had is getting support when things dont go as expected. One machine I installed Fixit in completely crashed the machine even beyond a system restore and after several emails I got no replys. We are using your product on other machines and continue to use it as it is reliable most of the time.

I'm greatly disappointed about the contents of the Suite, because a lot of things are also to be found in Fix-it and I've been a user of Fix-it for many years!So I think the announcement could have been a bit more exact towards the users of Fix-it. Thank you!

Even thou I purchased a boxed version I should have been able to download my purchase. Now, getting to their site has all broken links, get no response from customer service. I received a eMail offering a substantial discount to upgrade from System Suite 7 to Version 8. The link worked perfectly, I entered my credit card info, and was able to immediately download the software. The entire experience was perfect.

I've purchased software from them many times over the years and feel that most of their products offer good value. I download everything that I buy. When an error has been made, or I've changed my mind about the software, they've always and willingly refunded me the price of the purchase. That has given me great confidence in buying from them.

Downloaded software upgrade. Upgrade would not install without errors. Attempted to contact customer support multiple times using every phone number available on website. Waited in answering system for hours on several occations. Unable to contact anyone on any number who would provide assistance. Call credit card company and canceled my order.

Unless they can provide a complete description of the product (i.e. a PDF describing every form available would have influenced my purchase), I would not buy another product from them. Nice company and in theory, a good product but it fell short on the forms I was looking for.

I purchased Driver Genius Professional. The product that arrived is the 2007 version. It requires a serial number or passcode to unlock it. This was not provided. It is unusable at this time. I am waiting for Avanquest to respond. They doubled the price since I wanted a CD version & not the download version. Everything to operate the product was not provided. Then the instructions tell you, "If your software requires either a serial number or an activation code - and you have lost yours - we can send it again to your registered email address if you contact us here." Did not loose anything. Will not be buying from these folks again. Fool me once - shame on you, fool me twice - is not going to happen.
