Purchase of the Rake was very good. I tried to order an extension handle for the rake at the same time but they indicated it was out of stock. Seems they should have back ordered or send a message saying they would let me know when available. All-in-all it was a good experience.

Service is OUTSTANDING. I had my order stolen from my mailbox. I reported that to Aubuchon as well as my local Post Office. The Aubuchon email response was there first thing next morning. A free replacement had been shipped, arriving a day later.

the ceramic heaters were made in china, one of the reasons i selected pelonis was they were supposedly not of chinese manufacture,the heaters i received smelled like burning plastic, gave me a headache and made my eyes burn. I called them and they were very rude. I paid 8.95 for s&h and 13.45 to send these nasty pieces of garbage back to the dealer. i WILL NEVER purchase anything from these dealers again and will tell everyone I know about this experience.
