I ordered my fiance's wedding band on March 9th and I received a phone call that morning confirming my order. A real person nonetheless! She told me that it would get here in about 2 and a half weeks. Well, I received the ring yesterday March 14th! The ring is beautiful and it fits perfectly! Not only that, but it was almost $300 less than the "other guys"! I couldn't be more pleased!

I am completely surprised and pleased at how fast I got my fiance's wedding band. I ordered it Monday morning and I got it Tuesday morning (only 1 day later). I really expected it in 2-3 weeks. The ring is beautiful and is everything I hoped it would be. It was almost half the price of the exact same band found at one of the jewelery stores. After a bad online experience at another jewelry store, I was somewhat hesitant to order another bracelet online. I need not have been! The 14K gold bangle bracelet that Apples of Gold sent was simply amazing! The bracelet was very high-quality and just the right size to fit a smaller wrist.

Delivery speed was fantastic too. I ordered the bracelet on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday at 11:00 am!

My boyfriend needed a new ring because the one I had bought him was a titanium one and was scratched and beat up from use. We went looking around and he said he liked the two toned gold hammered look but couldn't find ANYTHING he liked in town. I searched forever trying to find something to fit his personality. I finally found it. I was extremely hesitant to order online but It was EXACTLY as I ordered it and looks amazingly beautiful. I checked on the status quite frequently because I didn't know if it would arrive in time for Valentine's Day but it took 3 business days to get to me. The customer service (Afshin & Stacy) were very patient and extremely helpful. I was so excited it burnt a hole in my pocket I couldn't wait to give it to him. I recently purchased a ring from your company, when I was Informed that it was a special order and probably not be delivered in time I was let down to say the least, that was when your employee rose to the occasion, she told me she would put a rush on the order and send me a loaner ring just in case my ring didn't arrive on time, she also kept phone contact with me through out the week, In the end I received my original order on time and to my specifications. Your employee is truly an asset to your company, I could have went to the jewelry store up the street but I listened to your customer service rep. and I'm glad I did, I will be using your company again and will be recommending your company to friends and co-workers. I was very disappointed in this company. My wedding bands arrived not appearing like the picture. They wanted to charge us for correcting it after we already paid the shipping to have them sent back, as well as charging us for the shipping to have them returned to us. That is absolutely ridiculous considering it was their mistake to begin with. I would not deal with them again, it has been nothing but a hassle from start to finish.

The item that was purchased was more beautiful then the representation on the website. It was absolutely exquisite. Not only would we purchase from Apples of Gold again, my wife wants me to purchase another of the same ring, just to have as a backup. Shipment was fast also, especially compared to some of the other jewelry websites, which can take a minimum of one week up to three weeks. I ordered on a Thursday, had it by next Wednesday in time for that weekends anniversary celebration. I would recommend Apples of Gold Jewelry.

They made a custom men's wedding band for us, and it looks incredible, like a designer band for about half the price. The timeline was exactly as described and I received the ring on the date expected. We had many questions prior to the ring being made, and they were excellent at addressing our concerns. It felt like we got such personal attention. My new husband loves the ring, and this is from a guy who didn't think he could wear one. :)

I took the jewelry into my hand - ready to hand in to my wife for our anniversary - and it actually fell into pieces in my hands! When I called customer service- they demanded a restocking fee! Still in dispute with the credit card company.

I bought a figaro chain for my boyfriend as a gift for our anniversary and had forgotten to order on time but when I talked to a representative they made sure it'd be there before the day and it was! Apples of Gold sent me the wrong size platinum ring and would not replace the ring with the right size (10) because the size I was sent (10 1/4) was within 1/4 of the right size I ordered. I was told that my ring could be re-sized, but only after an additional $125 surcharge. Given that a mistake was made, this return policy is unacceptable and I would never order jewelry from Apples of Gold again.

I received my order in a shorter timeframe than was expected. My husband's ring came out wonderful! It was exactly as we ordered it and looks truly beautiful. The photos on the website really do not do the quality of this ring justice. There was a question about the length of the engraving, but I received both an email and a phone call from Eric and the question was quickly resolved. After shopping at several jewelry stores, I saw the tricolor wedding band on the internet at the Apples of Gold site and it was about $180 less than the stores. I have never ordered jewelry on-line and was somewhat hesitant. However, I ordered the ring and am very pleased with it. It arrived in 3 days. Count me a very satisified customer.

I ordered a 30g/20 inch Mens 14k gold Figaro chain on Thursday at 6 PM EST. I requested it to be shipped via Fedex 3 day insured (for a low additional charge I might add). The NEXT day I received the beautiful chain which I was able to give my husband for his birthday on Friday! I've NEVER experienced such fast service and, as they say, 'The difference isn't the quality (the quality is excellent), the difference is the price. They have the lowest cost/gram of gold on the web, I should know, I Googled for 2 hours checking out dozens of sights. Thank you Apples of Gold for allowing this procrastinator to get my husband a gift he truly loves on time for his birthday, and at a price that doesn't break the bank.

PS- My local Sears was selling, at 50% off their regular price, the exact same chain, except it was $200 more, and weighed about 3 grams less than the chain from Apples of Gold.

I've had an excellent experience dealing with Applesofgold.com. I placed an order. I received it EXTREMELY fast. The merchandise was excellent quality but it wasn't quite what I had in mind. I returned it and was given a refund with no problem.

I placed another order a week or so later. Again it came extremely fast. Again the quality is excellent. This time it is what I expected. I won't be returning this and I am going to be placing another order within a few days.

I purchased a gold ID bracelet from Apples of Gold in October and was very pleased with the process.
The item was displayed exactly as it looks and was delivered to my door in less than 5 working days.

The price was the best I've seen or researched and only used gold at pawn shops comes close to the new gold price at Apples of Gold.
