I was happy to try this sight. I ordered my products and no mention was made of them being out of stck. It said they would be shipped in 4-7 days. I logged in to track and it was noted out of stock and would be shipped in 3-4 weeks. if you add shipping time...way too long to wait for the type of products ordered. I tried to call 5 times to cancel the order and was disconnected each time while on hold. I sent an email to cancel the order and to receive a confirmation when complete, I have heard nothing and my card has not been credited. So at this point, I do not know if product was found and shipped, or if they have honored my request of a cancellation. With the extremely poor customer service, I will probably use this as a case study in one of my remaining classes...I am a senior working for my bachelor's degree in Marketing!

I had to call customer service because they charged my credit card twice for the same thing. The person on the phone did what they should, but didn't explain the process to me what-so-ever. Since it was my first time purchasing things with this co. I wasn't sure how to go about doing it, and would have appreciated it if he was a little more understanding about it. Also, now I'm receiving spam from co. selling medical stuff, which started when I ordered from this company, however, this may be a coincidence.

This merchant has a REPEATED pattern (i.e. EVERY SINGLE ORDER I'VE EVER PLACED WITH THEM) of failing to credit the customer with the 5% Rebate advertised on their website. You must always call and complain to Customer Service - who initially plays dumb - and then you finally get it. In the past, I had to contact New York Attorney General, Elliot Spitzer for assistance, and they were also using VeriSign's Registered Trademark without approval. I would shop there ONLY when there is no viable alternative available.

I was very happy with the vast amount of products available on this site. I could not find the Excema cream or the Loreal products I ordered at local retailers so I started my search online. Very bad advertising (listed wrong item) and costumer service. I got 3 different answers from 3 people, plus the waiting time to talk is long and after 5 minutes you get disconnected and have to start again. and what do you get when you speak to someone? a person with no information and misinformation! when I asked to speak to a manager ... said "not available". Total baloney! Very bad business, NEVER AGAIN I am going to warn everybody I know about these people!

I ordered the product with the assumption (based on the information on the website)that I would have my order in 2-3 days, since I paid extra to have it here quickly. I went on their website today and found out that my order is on backorder and will not ship for 3-4 weeks. No one contacted me and they have both my email and phone number. This company has very BAD customer service and I do not recommend them AT ALL! This product that I ordered is a very special nutritional formula for my very ill son and now I am having to call all over the place to try to find it locally since I am down to about a 1 day supply. I ordered a product that was advertised: Breath-Right Nasal Strips, Medium/Large. When I received the package today, I opened it up, and saw the strips, but saw only the Large size, not the Medium/Large size that I ordered. I can purchase the Large size where I live, but they are too large and do not work properly. I had the medium/large size in the past and they fit correctly. I will send the items back for refund as I did not receive the correct ordered product as advertised.
