I was a bit skeptical seeing all these positive reviews about SimplyElectronics. I hoped they were real, because I did not want to experience my first bad order, which I was lucky to stay away from till now. I've been a regular on-line shopper for more than 10 years now. And I have never had such good service as far as shipping feedback is concerned. I ordered on Friday late afternoon, the item was shipped on Monday late afternoon and I received it on Tuesday here in Slovenia. And it was regular shipping by DHL!

I could use my Credit Card, which was a plus, since usually Bank Transfer is needed, eating 3-5 days! Well, they charged my card right away, which is a minus. I received auto reply form Amazon confirming my order. But to my surprise my order was confirmed to being processed in two hours time by Ms. Nancy. So it was not some automatic machine info, but a real mail with name at the end.

On Monday I got automatic confirmation that my order was shipped. But on Tuesday morning I received another e-mail from Nancy saying that she was tracking my order sent via DHL and that I may have received it on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. That was really nice, since I could track it myself and I called DHL Slovenia to arrange delivery in the afternoon. Really great!

The item was in expected new condition. The package was not as good, since the item box was only wrapped in bubble plastic in placed inside DHL plastic bag. Usually the item box is placed inside another box.

The item was far East version which was what I wanted.
