Saw a The North Face Denali Hoodie that I've been looking for and found it on Altrec.Com, which they had on sale. So I called customer service to ask more questions about it because of the descriptions giving for the jacket, and Altrec.Com's customer service representative's manner of dealing with me was very professional, friendly and straight forward in answering all my questions.

With that in mind, I went ahead and placed my order with Altrec.Com and they shipped it out by the end of the business day. Fast servicing to be sure! I got my order by the third day! Now how fast is that? Very much so I must say!

The box the jacket arrived in was neat and well packaged. It wasn't sloppy wrapped and taped simply being just thrown in the box just to make a quick shipment. My order was accurate!

The North Face Denali Hoodie was more than I expected and am very satisfied with it! This I must say, has now become my instant go to jacket! It is very light in weight and not bulky, the form fitted tailoring is perfect and keeps me comfortably warm even though I just had this a few days.

Overall, Altrec.Com's customer service, shipping, and product choice are excellent and they sure do have my business. I will be ordering more from them in the future!
